NADH
   read James South's NADH article

NADH (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in highest concentrations in the brain. NADH is currently being used to treat Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's, and depression.  Healthy people report a notable increased brain energizing and mood enhancing effect from NADH.  Chronic fatigue patients often note an increased level of energy from taking NADH.  A study of NADH in 1995 with competitive cyclists showed a reduction in reaction time of up to 20% in some of the cyclists.

For anti-aging, the regular use of 5mg or 10mg daily can help improve brain energy levels, which helps alleviate depression and reduces mental fatigue.  Chronic fatigue patients require doses in the 15mg-20mg range.

"Each unit of NADH is capable of generating 3 units of ATP, in a very real sense NADH is the energy-of-life coenzyme"
James South MA.
